Returns
🦊 Our Returns Policy
We offer returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Returned with proof of purchase
If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
❌ Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns on the following:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Products that have been used or are not in original condition
- Gentle Parenthood collection
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- A refund will be processed back to your original payment method
- Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method - we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve it for you.
🛠️ Faulty or Damaged Items
We quality-check every order, but if something slipped through, please email us at hello@raphithefox.com within 7 days of receiving your item with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the fault or issue
- A brief description
We’ll happily arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit based on your preference and availability.
